Unique villa on the Berzosa: It is a home built in 1995 with an excellent location as it is located at the top of the development, thereby providing unbeatable views. It faces the natural park of the Cuenca Alta del Manzanares, so that homes and buildings are very limited and almost nonexistent. Construction is not possible before the parcel, so no change in the future. The setting is very nice and quiet. It is therefore in the countryside, but with quick access to shopping centers such as the Space Torrelodones, and people with business as Hoyo de Manzanares and Torrelodones. The construction is based on respecting the natural environment, and for that we used old windows and doors (after restoration) of S. XIV to XVIII. There are only two doors rebuilt similando the old ones. The orientation of the house is south, so it is sunny all year, but by large walls, like a manor house is cool in summer, so air conditioning is needed (along with the pleasant temperatures the Sierra de Madrid), and keep warm in winter.
